Services of the Industry Part of Győr are aligned to the prevailing needs of our partners that are already operating in the area or to be settled in the future. Our goal is to provide an operational background that helps in our partners to make their business activities even more effective and successful.
For our new partners
We make the settlement of newly arrived companies easier by providing services tailored to their needs:
- Legal advices: company registration, proving information on the legal environment
- Facilitating technical preparatory work: design, construction, public utility supply and forwarding issues
- State subsidies and regional support resources: providing information, providing help in submitting applications
- Organizing financing: suggesting leasing, rent, and credit arrangements
- Mediation: direct contact to local authorities and business organizations
- Labor: participating in administering staff related issues (residence, education, etc.)
Our basic services
We provide the conditions that are essential to the smooth operation of the Industrial Park (mandatory non profit services):
- Maintaining and cleaning of roads, snow removal, renewing road markings
- Cleaning and maintaining pavements, parking areas, and bus stops
- Operating the public lighting system
- Operating and maintaining the public utility system
- Caring for green areas
- Caring for unoccupied area (areas that are not sold yet)
- Pest control
Further services available in the Industrial Park:
- Forwarding, warehousing in a customs free zone, customs administration
- Using an industrial railway
- Providing connection to the logistics center
Service House
Services provided by the Service House located in the center of the Industrial Park and by the Innovation and Technological Center:
- Information
- Phone center
- Computer network, Internet connection
- Infrastructure needed for organizing different events (a conference room with a capacity of 100 persons)
- Conference rooms that can be rented
- Cafeteria
- Restaurant (organizing factory catering if required)
- Building and office cleaning
- In the second floor of the Service House it is also possible to rent offices with floor areas between 18 and 20 m2.
We help in the operation of the companies to be settled in the Part by developing partnership relations with companies operating in Győr that are capable of meeting almost all the requirements of the firms that move to the Industrial Park. Whether for accounting, tax issues, marketing, information technology, designer, engineering or construction jobs, we could offer companies and experts having the proper competences and references in the subject area of activity.
